Last week, on 1 and 2 November, MinacNed, supported by MESA+, organised the annual international MicroNanoConference. It was the first face-to-face meeting since 2019. We look back on a successful edition!
4 keynote speakers
18 chairs
52 speakers
15 sessions
185 visitors
12 exhibitors
12 posters
Several keynote lectures introduced different Growth Funds to the audience, with an invitation to participate. Breakout sessions focused on Nano4Health, Scale-up challenges in organisation and technology, Miniaturisation, Nano4Agri&Food, Molecular Sensing, and Microfluidics (with our German sister organisation IVAM). Other breakout sessions focused on Nano4Society and NanoLabNL. This meeting was a special place for the Netherlands’ burgeoning quantum community. Mike Bade of IMT Masken und Teilungen AG won the Exhibitor pitch, and the Poster of the Year went to Thijs Besseling from Imec.
As MinacNed board, we look back at two days of inspiration from meeting new and well-known people in a well-organized conference. Hope to see you next year!
