Online networking event

In a context of already dense research cooperation, this networking event aims to encourage the development of new collaborations between Belgian, Dutch and French actors in the field of global health research.

This event is a follow-up to the webinar organised on 2 December 2020 which presented good practices on joint PhD’s and opportunities for cooperation in the field of health (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKFTrEm5Or0). It is co-organised by the French Embassy in Belgium, the French Institute of the Netherlands and Campus France.

Participation in this online event on 17 June, from 9am to 12.30pm is free, but registration is required. The morning programme will be focused on a series of dynamic presentations in the form of pitching videos. These will highlight the scientific projects and activities of laboratories seeking new partnerships. Participants will find the videos as well as information on the participating institutions and projects in a dedicated space, which will be open a few days before the event.

In addition to traditional chat and video conferencing options, the event will enable participants to be automatically put in touch with their contacts on the basis of common interests (‘speed dating‘). The event is open to universities, research labs, competitiveness clusters, businesses and researchers,

A specific focus will be put on the central themes in the upcoming calls for Horizon Europe:
