MinacNed online workshop: IP Basics for SME’s
On September 24, Peter ten Haaft PhD, Associate partner & Dutch and European patent attorney at NLO will give a workshop on IP basics for SME’s for MinacNed members. In this workshop he will discuss a number of basic terms in patenting law that seem very simple but often are more complicated, for example in a field that seems to be ‘crowded’ already.
Can a patent give or help to obtain freedom to operate? What are the options if a patent of another person seems to be in the way and how do I know if I am covered by it?
Also, there is room for your questions regarding IP law in your field. You can send your questions by email in advance to Aurélie Veltema at firstname.lastname@example.org. This is an interactive workshop, where we provide a safe space to discuss questions and experience among each other. The workshop is open for MinacNed members and free of charge. The workshop is changed from a physical meeting to an online workshop in MS Teams. Registration is open up to September 23.
