HNP Mikrosysteme offers pumps that dose smallest amounts of liquid extremely precisely. Our well-established micro annular gear pumps allow smallest dosing volumes from 0.25 µl and volume flow rates from 1 µl/h to 1152 ml/min.

We will show a new design of a magnetic shape memory alloy pump prototype for volume flows in a range up to 1 ml/min. This msm® -pump consists of a
replaceable pump head and a fixed drive unit, which forms a travelling cavity on the magnetic shape memory alloy stick by a rotating magnet.
