About Orange Quantum Systems

Orange QS accelerates the research on quantum physics and the development of quantum technology for quantum computing. We support R&D labs with custom characterization and calibration software and develop customized full-stack setups for R&D into quantum computing. Orange QS is part of Quantum Delft’s world-leading ecosystem for innovation in quantum technologies.

Orange QS is a Dutch system integrator of research equipment for quantum ICT. The company was founded in 2020 as a spin-off from QuTech, the Dutch research center for Quantum Computing and Quantum Internet. Orange QS’s mission is to ‘accelerate the development of quantum computing’. They do this by building full-stack hardware and software for R&D labs in companies, research institutes and academic groups. More information can be found at www.orangeqs.com.

With a Quantum System from Orange QS, quantum R&D labs can start faster. They do not need to have all system integration expertise in-house and significantly reduce their risk and lead time. For example, an R&D lab can develop quantum chips faster, cheaper and more reliably.

With the Quantum Control Software from Orange QS, quantum R&D labs can automate their workflow. From fast characterization of quantum chips to testing quantum algorithms on real hardware.

The collection of services under Quantum Care provides support and training for R&D labs. As a service, we can also develop customer-specific systems and software.

Together with Qblox (www.qblox.com), Orange QS is working on the open-source software framework Quantify. Quantify is used to control quantum computers and physics experiments for research into quantum computing.
